Sales & Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all sales, discounts, promotions, giveaways and offers conducted by Cookie Man across our retail online store (cookieman.com.au) and wholesale channel (cookiemanwholesale.com.au), unless a specific promotion states otherwise. By participating in any Cookie Man promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms (All Promotions)

1.1 Promotions are valid only for the dates and times specified in the promotional material. Cookie Man reserves the right to extend, shorten, amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.

1.2 Unless stated otherwise, all promotional dates and times are stated in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), or Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) during daylight saving periods.

1.3 Promotions apply while stocks last. Cookie Man is under no obligation to fulfil orders once a promotional product or offer has sold out.

1.4 Unless stated otherwise, promotional discounts and offers may not be combined with any other discount, offer or promotional code.

1.5 Discount codes are single-use per customer/account unless stated otherwise, are non-transferable and carry no cash value.

1.6 Pricing errors: in the event of a pricing or promotional error (for example, a technical fault or human error resulting in an incorrect price or discount), Cookie Man reserves the right to cancel or amend the order and will notify the customer accordingly.

1.7 Cookie Man reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, in breach of a promotion's intended use, or made for the purpose of resale in breach of these terms.

1.8 Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotions: where a "Buy One Get One" or similar multi-buy offer is advertised, the free item will be the lowest-priced eligible item amongst those purchased, unless stated otherwise. BOGO offers apply only to the specific products, ranges or categories named in the promotional material, are subject to availability, and may not be combined with any other discount or promotional code unless stated otherwise.

1.9 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

1.10 Shipping times may be slightly delayed during periods of high promotional volume. We will do our best to dispatch and ship orders as quickly as possible.

1.11 Our standard Refunds & Returns Policy applies to items purchased during a promotion.

2. Retail Promotions (cookieman.com.au)

2.1 Retail promotions are open to consumers purchasing for personal use, unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Free gifts, gift-with-purchase or bonus items are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at Cookie Man's discretion.

2.3 Where a promotion involves a giveaway or competition:

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+ unless stated otherwise.
  • One entry per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Winners will be selected and notified as described in the specific promotion's entry mechanics.
  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value.

2.4 Percentage-off and dollar-off promotions apply to the listed retail price at the time of purchase.

2.5 Promotional pricing does not apply retrospectively to orders placed before the promotion commenced.

2.6 Standard delivery/freight charges and timeframes apply during promotional periods unless a promotion specifically includes free or discounted shipping.

3. Wholesale Promotions (cookiemanwholesale.com.au)

3.1 Wholesale promotions are available to approved, active Cookie Man wholesale accounts only.

3.2 Promotional pricing, free stock or incentive offers (e.g. free cartons) apply only to orders placed through the CookieMan wholesale website or directly with your Cookie Man sales representative during the promotional period.

3.3 Wholesale promotions are not available in conjunction with any other offer, rebate or negotiated account pricing unless expressly agreed in writing, or unless permitted under the Tiered Loyalty Discount provisions at clause 3.5.

3.4 Promotions and discount codes do not automatically apply to recurring orders. To redeem a promotion, wholesale accounts must place a separate order for the relevant promotional period; recurring orders will continue to be supplied and invoiced at standard pricing unless the account arranges otherwise.

3.5 Tiered Loyalty Discounts: based on order volume, wholesale accounts may become eligible for Cookie Man's Platinum, Gold or Silver tiered discount levels, offered as an ongoing loyalty benefit. Eligibility and tier level are assessed at Cookie Man's discretion. Unless stated otherwise, promotional and discount codes may be applied in addition to an account's tiered loyalty discount.
