- The cookies are baked from frozen doughs which are prepared and shipped to the store from our central supply facility. Doughs are thawed as required and then baked on the cookie oven which forms the central focal point of each retail Cookie Man outlet.
- Cookie Man takes coffee so seriously, we now roast our own unique blend of 100% Arabica Bean coffee which is Rainforest Alliance™ Certified. New store designs include the espresso machine being positioned prominently in the overall store design with all products on offer the perfect complement to our coffee.

Training & Support from Cookie Man
- Upon joining Cookie Man, you will undertake our 3 week training course, which covers areas such as product preparation & baking, coffee barista training, merchandising, rostering & hiring, marketing, fundraising, wholesaling, equipment care and maintenance.
- Cookie Man provides a comprehensive franchise support system with regular communication. Part of this system includes on-site training as well as provision of a detailed Operations, Training and HACCP Manual. These manuals mirror the training program we have structured, and cover most aspects of day-to-day business.
- We have highly experienced field staff who have a strong understanding of the dynamics of the business and specialised staff in different areas to assist you in running your business with expert advice.

Apart from product support, Cookie Man have a rolling series of promotions for each calendar year culminating in the Christmas Season shopping frenzy. National marketing campaigns may consist of new product roll-outs, special priced products, combo deals & branding which supports all vital information to our customers. Stores are also encouraged to develop local area marketing plans in conjunction with the shopping centre marketing management.
